DocketManager Inc. is a fast growing company and an industry leader in the print MIS software space. DocketManager delivers an end-to-end cloud-base software solution specific to the printing industry. We are looking for candidates with print industry experience that are personable and have strong communication skills.
We are currently seeking Customer Success Agents for our growing customer base. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting our clients with in-depth training, initial system setup, relationship management and follow-up support.
- Manages multiple key client relationships and offers wide-ranging advice and support regarding the implementation and use of DocketManager
- Delivers support and training to clients through webinars, phone, and in-house training
- Answers incoming support calls
- Achieves consistently high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborates with team members to ensure consistent client service, knowledge transfer and problem solving
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Polished presenter, professional image and demeanor
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines
- Must be able to complete repetitive tasks
- Strong computer applications skills (windows, MS office including Excel, and other internet applications)
- Knowledge of the printing industry, Web to Print and MIS systems is an asset
- Data entry experience is an asset
- Graphic design & Adobe Creative Suite experience an asset
- HTML/CSS knowledge an asset
